Who I've worked with

How I work
- Ask the right question first. Most projects start with the wrong one. Learn the domain before the first interview.
- Measure before you touch anything. Time spent. Steps. Success rate. No baseline, no proof.
- Follow the work, not the screen. Problems live in the gaps between systems. Watch how work actually moves.
- Decide what success looks like before you start. Then check after. No measure, no accountability. No accountability, no real research.
- Get findings into rooms, not folders. A tidy repository nobody opens isn't knowledge management. It's a graveyard. Evidence has to show up where decisions happen, without anyone going looking for it.
